The Dario Vaccaro Dance Project was launched in 2005 to create and produce Dario Vaccaro’s choreographic work. He was commissioned by Queens Theatre in the Park’s International Movements Project to produce a new work for its summer Latino Cultural Festival. Since that time, Vaccaro has choreographed and Dario Vaccaro Dance Project has performed Genesis II, Tango Pasion, Reticence, Gotan, Once upon a Time… a children’s program, Seguiti, A la sombra de un arbol sin hojas leia un libro sin letras and Zonko in  venues such as Jacob’s Pillow, John F. Kennedy Center for The Performing Arts in Washington, DC, Joyce Soho, among others in Europe and Latin America.
